       Carnage Guisada, affectionately known as the Guisada Bois, erupted onto the Texas music scene in January 2020, just before the world came to a standstill. Born in Bryan-College Station, the band made their electrifying live debut in February at the iconic Revolution Cafe & Bar. That raw, unfiltered performance—captured unknowingly by DFW's Prof Fuzz 63—would later become their first release, Bootleg Homer: Live at Revolution (2020), a blistering live LP featuring a surprise cameo by Justin Honeycut of Mutant Love on their gritty cover of the Ramones’ “Commando.”
       

         While the pandemic silenced stages around the globe, Carnage Guisada defied the shutdown. The band became known for their resilience, continuing to play, write, and evolve when few others dared. Their sound—a volatile and addictive mix of punk, metal, indie, and alternative—combined with sarcastic, surrealist, outsider lyrics, delivers a show that’s equal parts chaos and catharsis. From Corpus Christi Bay to the white sands of the Florida Panhandle, their high-octane performances have earned them a devoted cult following along the Gulf Coast and beyond.

        The current lineup features founding members Will Thompson (vocals, guitar, art), Austin Gaston (lead bass, guitar, art), and Michael Ferreira (drums, ideas, wigs)—the core trio behind Carnage Guisada’s relentless rise from Texas underground chaos to Gulf Coast cult heroes.
Moses Gutierrez (guitar, arts) joined the band in 2021, quickly becoming an integral part of the Guisada sound and live experience. He made his recorded debut on the band's critically buzzed sophomore album, How High Are You? (2024).
Keith Snook (guitar, backup vocals) entered the lineup in July 2024, bringing additional firepower to the band’s already stacked sound. He made his live debut in Fall 2024 and his audio debut with the band’s single THE ROAD [shewhocannotbetamed], released in January 2025.

       Carnage Guisada is a creative force outside the norm. They're co-founders of The Krewe of Fuck Em, New Orleans’ infamous underground punk-metal parade that rolls out each Mardi Gras and Halloween, now four years strong. They’ve topped the ReverbNation local charts for the Brazos Valley nearly non-stop since 2020, performed in major festivals across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida, and were spotlighted in Snapchat’s Top US Halloween Events in 2022 (with a giant punk rock robot in tow, naturally).

      Their next chapter is already underway, with a Fall/Winter 2025 tour on the horizon, and fresh material fueling their never-stop momentum. Carnage Guisada proudly flies the flag for counterculture: skateboarding, free-thinking, absurdism, gonzo journalism, cartoons, surrealism, all the meats, and Hot Dog USA. Their iconic mascot, Videohead Vinnie—a VR headset-wearing, machete-wielding, leather-clad skeleton—appears across their merch and embodies the group’s chaotic, creative spirit. Whether live on stage or online, the Guisada Bois are proving that outsider art still has a home in American music—and it's loud, unapologetic, and unlike anything else out there.
